The hotel was unique and original, located close to the train station. the bar served classic and wonderful meals for breakfast. - Our rooms were beautifully maintained and well-appointed for tea & snacks. - the hotel offered friendly service and great food. - There was a bar in the reception area.

The location of the hotel is fantastic - right next to the Landmark, a major office building and shopping mall in Hong Kong. It is also close to other restaurants and shopping areas, making it convenient for exploring the main Hong Kong Island area. In the room, there is a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, and ironing equipment available.

Upscale place, it was clean and had super-friendly staff from the maids. Location: the hotel was next to shopping centres and office buildings and Landmark Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong and which is a major office building. For dinner, we went to Amber, it was only a short distance to the venue: )

The room I stayed in was well-kept and had a huge bathtub and really modern amenities, for example. I also liked that I could check out late. the location is incredible, being close to the Central-Mid-Levels Escalators. Additionally, it’s a great spot for shopping 🛍️.

the restaurant was amazing with an extensive wine list here, i had delightful dishes. stayed here because it was 800 feet from the subway, favourable location. a shopping area and a market were right next door.

Tbh, there was no view, plus Wi-Fi wasn't working.

Its incredible, super central location was a plus. Just a 10-minute walk away there was Central subway station.

The room was brand-new, the beds were nice. the breakfast was enjoyable. the staff were thoughtful and helpful. the venue's position was super central.

The hotel had spacious rooms with big bathtubs, which is not common in the area. The happy hour at the bar was wonderful and the service provided by the staff was great. The hotel also had a 2 Michelin-star restaurant, which served amazing food. The staff went above and beyond to make my girlfriend's birthday special, arranging a cake, champagne, and a romantic bubble bath with rose petals.

There were no negative aspects of our stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

We were delighted with the exceptional personalized service at Mandarin Oriental. The manager kindly upgraded our room and personally escorted us to our spacious and beautifully designed suite. The attention to detail, from the turndown service to the cleanliness of the hotel, exceeded our expectations. The gym and spa facilities were top-notch, with a power rack in the gym and wonderfully hot saunas and steam rooms. Despite a few technical issues with the room and the lack of a view, our overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel.
